AFA Educating America Tour

AFA’s Educating America Tour connects communities across the country with information about Alzheimer’s disease, brain health, caregiving and more. Each tour stop provides a free educational conference to the community where participants can learn from local and national experts and ask questions about topics such as:

• Healthcare
• Caregiving
• Elder law
• Advance planning
• The latest developments in Alzheimer’s research
• and much, much more!

All are welcome!

Care partners, individuals living with a dementia-related illness, professionals and anyone wishing to learn more about Alzheimer’s disease are invited to learn, make connections, and hear impactful stories by participating in the conferences.
