The National Memory Screening Program (NMSP), led by the Alzheimer’s Foundation of America, is a community-based initiative that promotes early recognition of memory concerns and supports overall brain health. Through free, confidential memory screenings conducted by trained professionals, the program helps individuals better understand their cognitive health, encourages informed conversations with healthcare providers, and connects participants to educational resources and support services. Our goal is to raise awareness, reduce stigma, and empower individuals to take an active role in their brain health.
