Donna de Levante Raphael
Donna de Levante Raphael, Ph.D., M.S., M.B.A. (She/Her/Hers), is the Director of National Memory Screening Program at AFA. In this role, she oversees AFA’s free, confidential memory screening program throughout the country. More than 5 million people have been screened since its inception. Prior to joining AFA in September 2019, she served over 15 years in the field of aging and dementia. She is a published author and peer reviewer in scientific, medical, and public health journals. She also serves as a keynote speaker at events. When she’s not working, Donna enjoys travel, sports, art, sculpting, languages, and learning new things.
