AFA’s national network of member organizations provides direct care and services to individuals living with dementia and their families. Our member organizations include assisted living and skilled nursing facilities, adult day programs, home care companies, government and public safety agencies and more. These organizations are committed to our mission of providing support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias.
In addition, through a joint partnership between AFA and the national nonprofit safety organization Project Lifesaver International (PLI), all PLI member agencies are also member organizations of AFA. Click here to find a PLI member agency.
