Virtual Community Class: Barre Fitness

Join AFA’s Manager of Therapeutic Programming, Jackie, MS, R-DMT for a barre fitness class! Jackie is a certified barre instructor and Registered Dance-Movement Therapist. Barre is a blend of Pilates, Yoga, and dance that uses isometric movements to lengthen and strengthen various muscles, focusing on thighs, abs, and seat.
In this class, participants will use a sturdy chair, countertop and/or table as a support for balance. This class will incorporate movement both sitting and standing. Grab a chair and have some fun!
