Join Emily Sharp, LCAT, ATR-BC, RYT-200, for virtual Art Therapy! During this virtual session, you will be guided to create a still life drawing of a bowl of fruit. You will also explore a mindfulness activity, where you will tune into the five senses. You are welcome to use any art making materials that you wish to use.
