Join Kyla Berry, LCAT, ATR-BC for an enriching and inspiring virtual Art Therapy session! In this virtual Art Therapy session, you will be guided through the process of creating an ethereal garden utilizing a variety of accessible materials. By engaging in prompts that primarily focus on the things we are grateful for, we are able to nurture a garden that is meaningful to us.  By thinking about what roots us and helps us grow as individuals, you will discover what gives you strength and how to navigate changes around us.  Hopefully this class leaves you feeling inspired on how to grow your metaphorical (or physical) garden!

Supplies: Magazines, scissors, glue, paper, pen/pencil, *one of the following to create with: Watercolor paints, paintbrush, & cup of water or, markers or colored pencils. Optional: Tissue paper, construction paper
