Health educator and nutrition professional Gregory Lafortune, MS, RDN, L.D., will speak about chronic disease, especially diabetes, as it relates to dementia. He will also share his expertise on specific nutritional guides to assist us in easily adjusting our everyday food intake to support a healthy brain.
Gregory Lafortune MS, RDN, LD is a registered dietitian and health educator who teaches the MIND diet to adults with mild cognitive impairment.
