Music Series with Monique & Stephen: Flowery Beats – Join Monique & Stephen from SoulWorks Rhythm® for a 4-week series of music-making experience filled with rhythm and creativity! Therapeutic rhythm making is versatile and easily accessible. It’s also a fun way to reduce stress, boost the immune system, and increase socialization. Our programs are designed to engage participants in their creativity, foster physical activity through arm movement, foot tapping and smiling, and release stress by providing a nonthreatening outlet for emotional expression. All of this can be accomplished by using common household items as instruments. And of course drums are welcome, too! This week we will explore: Flowery Beats – Savor Spring with Rhythmic Bouquets!
