Movin’ to Mowtown

Join AFA’s Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, CDP, for a low-impact virtual fitness class that will get you moving!

You will follow simple movements that target all major muscle groups while focusing on range of motion, strength, posture, and fun! Done both seated and standing, this fitness class is set to rhythmic Motown songs—If you know them, feel free to sing along!

Wear comfortable/loose fitted clothing, and secure shoes and join us for this fun workout!
