Mind, Muscle & Move!

Join AFA’s Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, CDP, for a low-impact virtual chair fitness class to strengthen your muscles and your mind!

You will follow simple movements that target all major muscle groups, while focusing on range of motion, strength, posture, and fun!

You will also be given opportunities to learn something new and explore trivia within different topics during this workout.

Each class will explore a new theme to keep your mind and muscles moving.

Wear comfortable/loose fitted clothing, and secure shoes, and join us for a brain and body workout!
