What Are Memory Screenings?
A memory screening is a simple, quick, noninvasive “healthy brain checkup” that tests memory and other thinking skills through a brief series of questions and/or tasks. Memory screenings are not a diagnosis of any particular illness but can indicate whether the person should see their physician for additional testing. Learn more about memory screenings
Why Should I Be Screened?
Just as we regularly get screenings for other parts of our bodies, it’s important to give our brains a checkup, too. early detection of memory issues provides an opportunity for your doctor to identify and address the condition causing memory problems.
Can’t Attend These Events?
AFA also provides free virtual memory screenings through secure video conference technology every weekday. Click here to learn more.
