The AFA Golf Classic helps bring the community together to raise awareness of Alzheimer’s and other dementia-related illnesses and funds to provide support services for families affected by them. Golfers and attendees will enjoy an eventful day at one of Long Island’s most prestigious private clubs followed by a cocktail reception, awards presentation, silent auction, and more.
