The Alzheimer’s Foundation of America (AFA) has partnered with the team at Montreal Cognitive Assessment (MoCA) Cognition to provide free memory tests to individuals who would like to better understand their cognitive performance. There is no minimum required age to get a free screening. No insurance is necessary to be screened.

MoCA XpressO™

The MoCA XpressO™ is a brief memory test that helps you better understand potential cognitive changes. It is self-administered and takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete. To begin your free XpressO by MoCA test, please click here: https://portal-us.mocacognition.com/org/alzfoundation

 • After clicking on “Login and Start XpressO” at the bottom of the page, you will be directed to the MoCA website.
 • Click “Register Here” on the right side of the page to register for the test.
 • Once registered, follow the instructions provided to complete the test.
