Our Bi-Annual membership grants deliver funding for programs and services that help further AFA’s mission of providing support, services and education to individuals, families and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s disease and related dementias nationwide. Each grant award is $6,000. Grants are awarded twice a year.

Completed applications must be submitted electronically via email to grants@alzfdn.org on or before the indicated deadline dates. Organizations applying for the Bi-Annual Grant may contact AFA at 866-232-8484 if they have questions.
