Ballroom burn is light/low impact aerobic dance class that will have you dancing the basics of virtually every Ballroom Dance, from Waltz to Cha-Cha in one fun-filled action packed 45-60 minute class. This class is a great way to engage the mind/body connection while learning and reinforcing the basics of the Waltz, Fox trot, Swing, Merengue, Salsa, Cha Cha, Rumba and more.
