Maureen Burke, a practicing occupational therapist, will focus on falls, the greatest threat to the independence of older adults. She’ll discuss the facts, dangerous areas of your home and simple strategies to reduce fall risk.

A graduate of the Medical University of South Carolina in Charleston, Burke will focus on educating and empowering adults on how to remain independent while understanding the risks that they face.
