Martine Denis
Martine Denis (She/Her/Hers) is the Director of Development at AFA. In this role, she leads the department in planning and evaluating all development efforts, special events, direct mail, annual giving, and major gifts. Prior to joining AFA in January 2022, she led and developed seven markets in the Northeast as the Regional Vice President for the Arthritis Foundation. She also worked as an Executive Director at the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation and Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation. Martine enjoys traveling with her family and volunteers her time at various nonprofits. When she is not raising funds for nonprofits, she enjoys tennis, European football, basketball, music, and dance. She speaks three languages and attended Borough of Manhattan College and St. John’s University, from which she received a marketing degree.
