Join Senior Station’s founder, John Byrne, on a virtual journey! Senior Station is a safe and fun movement program designed for seniors of all ages and abilities. This unique experience combines storytelling, creativity and fun with light exercise and laughs. On this trip, we visit the “Eternal City” of Rome! We will explore and uncover masterpieces and stories from the Ancient to the Baroque periods. Through Senior Station, we can travel the world together and stay inspired!
