Join Monique & Stephen from SoulWorks Rhythm® for an experience filled with rhythm and creative music-making experience! Therapeutic rhythm making is a versatile, easily accessible, fun way to reduce stress, boost the immune system and increase socialization. Our programs are designed to engage participants in their creativity, foster physical activity through arm movement, foot tapping and smiling and release stress by providing a nonthreatening outlet for emotional expression. All of this can be accomplished by using common household items as instruments. And, of course, drums are welcome, too! In this session, we will explore: “I’ll Drum It Tomorrow: Rhythms of Procrastination on National Be Late for Something Day.”
