Join Aysha for a fun, rhythmic and music-driven virtual music and movement class! InstruMix is a fun and engaging music and movement exercise program! During the InstruMix program, you will execute range of motion movements, while playing 5 different percussion instruments: egg shakers, sticks, bells, castanets, and scarves. It can be done seated or standing, so it is the perfect activity for people of all ability levels!
