Join AFA’s Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, CDP, for a low-impact virtual chair fitness class to strengthen your muscles and your mind! You will follow along with simple movements that target all major muscle groups while focusing on a range of motion, strength, posture, and fun! You will gain opportunities to learn something new and explore trivia within different topics during this workout. Each class will explore a new theme to keep your mind and muscles moving.
