Journaling with Judy–When we write our thoughts down daily, as in a journal, it can help us in so many ways: formulating our goals, problem solving, tracking progress and growth, gaining self-confidence, improving writing and communication skills, and reducing stress and anxiety. Studies have shown that writing heals. A daily journal helps to keep track of conversations, important events, and appointments. Journaling also helps to process emotions and can strengthen relationships. In this time together, we will explore how to journal to improve health and to give you that positive outlook that the healing process needs. Bring a notepad to the class and let’s get started!
