Week #1 – Positive Message Rocks: Join Rebecca, a Long Island-Based Artist and Therapeutic Recreation Student from Cortland University, for a 4-week craft series. In this therapeutic craft series, we will explore a variety of craft projects to enhance well-being and have some fun! In today’s session, we will create Positive Message Rocks. These rocks can be displayed outside in your garden, on your stoop to send positive messages to your neighbors, or can be given to loved ones as a special gift.
Supplies: A clean rock, acrylic paint, paint brush, and a cup of water.
