Virtual Community Class: Chair Yoga & Meditation

In this virtual chair yoga and meditation class, we will be exploring different gentle stretches and movements to bring blood flow into areas that may be neglected and to help build coordination. Connection with the breath will be introduced to encourage each individual to strive to find an inner peace. Class will come to a close with guided meditation and sound healing through sound waves, leaving individuals feeling grounded and with a sense of gratitude! No prior experience necessary.
