Virtual Community Class: Chair Yoga with Danielle Vῑryᾱ

In this 30-minute chair yoga and class, we will be exploring different gentle stretches and movements to bring blood flow into areas that may be neglected and to help build coordination. Connection with the breath will be introduced to encourage each individual to strive to find an inner peace. No prior experience necessary.
