November 17 @ 2:30 pm EST
“Peaceful Place” Mandalas—Join Marnie Herlands, MS, ATR-BC, LCAT, Yoga teacher, for a mindful art therapy experience! During this virtual community art class, participants will be led through a brief mindful meditation/guided visualization and then invited to create art.
