Join Marnie Herlands, MS, ART-BC, LCAT for a virtual art therapy session! During this virtual community art session, you will be led through a brief mindful breathing practice and then invited to create art centered around what motivates or inspires you, or what brings you joy and fulfillment. Marnie will discuss suggested art materials and ideas/prompts to work with for inspiration! The intention will be to create a motivation postcard for the self or someone else or both. The art can be a drawing, collage, painting, or mixed media piece and can be a reminder of something that helps you feel motivated and connected to a joyful experience whether past, present or future.
