Natural Painting: Join artist Marie McLaughlin for a virtual art experience! In this virtual art session, you will paint nature from life and discover your intention in relationship to your object. Being in observance of nature is shown to relieve stress and is a practice in mindfulness. Let’s connect to nature and create some art!

Supplies:

• Watercolor paper (no smaller than 11×17)
• Watercolor paints
• Water
• Cup or something to hold the water
• Paper towels
• Paint brushes (any size)
• Blue painter’s tape (optional)
