Virtual Community Class: Art with Kyla

Join Kyla Berry, LCAT, ATR-BC, for an inspiring virtual art therapy session. In this virtual art therapy session, you will explore the importance of maintaining a healthy mindset through the process of (metaphorically) releasing anything you need to let go of – whether it be a negative thought, uncomfortable feeling, or a worry that’s weighing on you. Part of nurturing the inner-self is to help us feel good, and through this exercise, you will be encouraged to think about what you need or want in your life, and what you need to let go of or keep out. By focusing on the most meaningful things, you will learn what serves your mind in the healthiest ways. Let’s create art and feel rejuvenated, as we start fresh with Spring!
- Template or drawing of a balloon/balloons
- Writing utensil (pen/pencil/marker)
- Materials of your choice (One or a few of the following):
– Collage Materials: Magazines and/or photos, glue, scissors
– Colored Pencils
