Join Kyla Berry, LCAT, ATR-BC for an inspiring virtual art therapy session. In this session, you will be asked to create a postcard addressed to a person from your past (or currently in your present if desired), who has significantly affected your life. Through utilization of mixed media work, we will explore why this person is of importance to you. We will delve into the question, “If you could send a postcard to this person, what image would you want to include and what would it say?” This journey will provide a safe space to create and explore, while allowing you to traverse the ways you can strengthen/maintain the relationships that currently exist in your lives.

List of Supplies: Index card(s): 4” x 6”, 5” x 7”, or any size that’s comfortable. Pair of dull-tip scissors, Glue (stick or otherwise), Ballpoint pen, pencil, or writing utensil, A magazine or an assortment of magazine clippings, Markers or colored pencils
