Virtual Community Class: Art with Kyla
October 23 @ 2:30 pm EDT
In this virtual Art Therapy session, you will be guided through a directive that allows you to explore the relationships we have with our loved ones and the relationships we have with ourselves. Through guidance and direction, we will tackle the build up of emotions that were felt in the past few months surrounding the idea of loss. This could be a physical loss of a loved one, or a theoretical loss (i.e. freedom, sense of self, etc.). Through the utilization of art-making, aspects of writing, and therapeutic weaving techniques, we will identify new coping skills on how to deal with feelings of loss. Join Kyla on this journey as we explore this together!
