Join Emily Sharp, LCAT, ATR-BC, RYT-200, for virtual Art Therapy! During this virtual session, you will learn about the process of printmaking using recycled materials from home. Participants will create their own unique stamps to use once or multiple times to print on paper, cards, or other material.  Once dry, participants can add color to their images, creating an easy to share, one of a kind work of art.

Supplies: Acrylic paint or printing ink, paint brush or brayer, styrofoam (washed and re-used, such as from a veggie or meat tray or a takeout container), paper or material you want to print on, watercolor (optional).
