Virtual Community Class: Art with Marnie

During this virtual class, we will be creating scribble drawings for relaxation. Scribble drawings have a long history in the field of art therapy and have been utilized by many for a range of therapeutic purposes. For this class, we will focus on scribble drawing to relax and be creative. Some benefits include being mindful and focusing on the present moment, relaxation, relieving stress, and cultivating creativity. No prior art making experience is needed! Just bring yourself, white paper, a pencil, and a dark colored marker/ colorful markers/colored pencils/pastels/watercolor paints.
