July 13 @ 1:00 pm 2:00 pm EDT

It is estimated that up to 40% of risk factors for Alzheimer’s disease are modifiable, meaning that we can actually alter our lifestyles to reduce our risk. Even after diagnosis, the modification of these risk factors may have important benefits for the overall course and sense of well-being. This talk will review the major risk factors and describe how to adopt a brain-healthy lifestyle.
