Care Connection Webinar: Living With Dementia – Exploring Sexuality, the Last Taboo

This presentation will focus on how sexuality and intimacy is an important human need for everyone, including individuals who are living with the diagnosis of a dementia or memory challenges, their partners and caregivers. We will provide a safe space to engage in discussion about the sexual behaviors with a person-centered approach. Attendees will learn communication strategies to use with their person in a tone that does not embarrass or make them feel ashamed. This webinar will also allow participants to pose any questions they have in a safe environment as we tackle this last taboo in living with a dementia.
