Care Connection Webinar: Addressing Behavioral & Psychological Symptoms of Dementia
June 8 @ 1:00 pm – 2:00 pm EDT
About 90% of people with dementia will experience behavioral & psychological symptoms of dementia (BPSD) sometime over the course of their illness. BPSD can be distressing to the person and their caregivers, can affect a person’s ability to live independently, and can be dangerous.
We will discuss how to assess BPSD and how to manage them, with a focus on behavioral and environmental interventions.
