Care Connection Community Class: Mindfulness for Stress Reduction

Chronic stress has been shown to have a number of negative health impacts. As care partners, we can benefit from building our knowledge of the basic principles and practices of mindfulness meditation and how this can help us better manage our day to day stress. Through direct experience with specific techniques, participants will leave this class with skills that can be used today to better promote wellness and reduce stress.
