Dr. Eboni Green is a Registered Nurse and family caregiver. She holds a Ph.D. in human services, with a specialization in health care administration. She is the co-founder of Caregiver Support Services, a non-profit organization that focuses on training and supporting frontline caregivers. Dr. Green is a published author and has written three books focusing on family caregiving: At the Heart of the Matter , Caregiving in the New Millennium,  and Reflections from the Soul.
