Join AFA’s Manager of Therapeutic Programing Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, CDP, for a low-impact chair fitness class! This class will target all major muscle groups, while focusing on a range of motion, strength, posture, and fun! Wear comfortable/loose fitted clothing and sneakers, and join us for a fun fitness class! No prior fitness experience required.
