Join AFA’s Manager of Therapeutic Programing, Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, CDP, for a low-impact chair fitness class!

This class will target all major muscle groups, while focusing on range of motion, strength, posture, and fun!

Wear comfortable/loose fitted clothing, and sneakers and join us for a fun fitness class! No prior experience required.
