Muscle, Mind, Move!

Join AFA’s Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, for a low-impact virtual chair fitness class to strengthen your muscles and your mind! You will follow along with simple movements that target all major muscle groups, while focusing on a range of motion, strength, posture, and fun!

You will also be given opportunities to learn something new and explore trivia during this workout. Each class will explore a new theme to keep your mind and muscles moving.

Wear comfortable/loose fitted clothing, and secure shoes, and join us for a brain and body workout!
