Disco-Funk Chair Fitness

Join AFA’s Jackie Gatto, MS, R-DMT, LCAT-LP, CDP, for a low-impact chair fitness class to energize your day!

Driven by the up-lifting beats of funk and disco music, this class will target all major muscle groups, while focusing on range of motion, strength, posture, and fun!

Fitness props will be used to encourage stamina and improve flexibility.

Wear comfortable/loose-fitted clothing and sneakers and join us for a funky-filled fitness class!

No prior fitness experience required.
