Supplies:

• Fabric for your flag or banner (cotton or muslin works great—you can glue or stitch hem along the edge to keep it from fraying)
• Felt
• Scissors and/or craft knife
• Hot glue and glue gun
• A wooden dowel a little longer (or wider) than your fabric
• String
